Pelham Flip
Major Overhaul here. This was a flip we did that included redoing the entire living / dinning room area to include a fully custom fireplace. We opened up the dividing wall from the kitchen, updated the kitchen, both baths, and entryway flooring.
Basement Remodel
Remaking the basement to be ready for renters.
