Our main focus is on new additions and remodels. Inspired by our partner company, Wallvana, we also take on niche projects and space conversions, such as transforming garages into bedrooms or shipping containers into ADUs. To maintain a healthy bottom line, we also handle smaller projects like decks, carports, and sheds.

We're continuously improving and learning from past challenges. For projects over $10K, we divide the work into two or three contracts. First, a pre-construction contract ensures the design is fully developed—either in-house or through detailed collaboration with the client and their architect. Then, the construction phase begins. For larger projects, such as new builds, we further split this into a permitting contract and a construction contract. This approach provides precise cost and timeline expectations, making the process smoother and less stressful for our clients.

We're always open to new solutions for old challenges (hence Wallvana) but remain pragmatic in choosing the best approach for each project. We have experience with ICF (insulated concrete forms) and include them in our bids, use our own Wallvana prefab panel system, and are familiar with SIPS (structurally insulated panels). We also stay ahead in building materials and processes, so if you’re interested in a particular construction method, we’re open to exploring it with you.

Our focus is primarily anything west of I-25 to include Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Arvada and up into the mountain areas. We’re not afraid to commute if the project fit is right so feel free to ask if you’re not in this window.

We have multi-material tooling, including a custom-built CNC, an expanding collection of woodworking tools, and metal bending and welding capabilities. Our expertise bridges the gap between 7 Shax's conventional construction and Wallvana's manufacturing approach, offering a unique blend of building, design, and problem-solving skills.

Wes Daniel
Principal and FounderAfter graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Building Construction and Real Estate Development I went from running new construction mansions in Aspen to flipping mold-infested abandoned homes while inventing a new wall and ceiling system for shipping container conversions in my spare time. I thrive on unique and never before seen challenges in the constructing world.
Product Designer, serial entrepreneur and mountain fanatic. You’ll know its me coming up the road when you see my half-rusted jeep pulling up because why not remodel that old thing, too?
